If you want to take a risk, you can.

But I don't recommend you to do this.

But that policy is not implemented yet. You can able to receive more than $500/transaction and you can keep your money for more than 7 days.

For me, it is implemented already. I cannot send money through PayPal as I am having no CC.

And I am not going to take risk with my money by keeping it for more than 7 days as one rule is already imposed on my account.

It may be because, I use to withdraw funds by every alternate day from the very beginging of my PayPal usage. I don't keep money in PayPal whenever I recieve $400+, be it INR 42 per Doller or whatever.

I had balance for more than 2 weeks there without any problems. Additionally I can confirm the $500 receiving limit is not in place yet. These might change in future though.

Try for withdrawing, then say about you confirm.

Never encourage anybody against any rule. This is bad idea.

If it was not apparent I received $1500 at once & withdraw & now the money is in my bank account. Happy? "The rule" is not applied yet so yea its a good idea.

Talking with experience - If you keep the balance now, they will do nothing as their rules have not yet been enforced rigidly. I also had money for sometime.
Another fact is that, just mail the PayPal team to make the withdrawal for you and they will do without that Rs.50 fees. :).
