    Can you still open a still dispute in Paypal even if the 35 days period is already is finished?

    Like if you have documents and evidences to support your claim?

    I think so. I've been dispute before. But after I summit some, let's say evidences, my account live again.

    My experience was different. A member was selling a turnkey membership site that he was going to customise for me. He suddenly "went into hospital" and didn't arrive back until after the 45 day period. PayPal point blank refused to entertain the dispute even though i had the "I'm in hospital" emails.
