    According to me, every topics are important in SEO because if we do not do any practice, it can effect our pagerank of the website.So, by doing various practices, we can collect backlinks and improve the rank.But two things are important like fresh content or no spamming and collect quality links.

    Content...It dominate your site. Firstly make an unique and rich content and get quality and relevant links for your site. But It doesn't mean that you'll overlook other important steps belonging both on and off page.
