The design is fantastic. The logos are unremarkable. Try incorporating an image into them. The ads are unobtrusive. Not sure if this is a good thing or not considering I don't know how much you want your visitors to notice them. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Both sites are good enuf ! just one tip for http://superbikezone.com/ top slider height is bit more reduce that so the visitors can see more then top slider.
The sites are decent...but there is too much plain color in my opinion. Add some soft gradients or, a low opacity background to give the site some texture and feel.
I think your slide show images on top are little bit slow to load, but the images on it is quietly impressive it's worth to wait. The site name is little to small try to make it bigger. I'm not sure if there is a Search box. If have not try to add some. It is thousands of video so it's nice to have that. On your Facebook social plugin I think some of the text there are not that visible try to take a look at it. But overall it's nice.
