Its nice but I would limit the posts on the home page so that it doesnt look so bare when you scroll down.

 

Nice clean site, as stated above you may want to include less posts on your home page, and don't forget to fill the news section

 

A simple and clear designed.
Many other sites I get a sensory overload.
not at your side.
I would emphasize the search function visually a bit more.
A bigger magnifying glass character and a thick edge to the search box would be good.
