Today the buyer filled a credit card chargeback.

Last month I sold a website for $300.But on the 2nd day the buyer filled a paypal dispute before delivering the domains. After the domains and web files were deliveried he closed the dispute.

Now after 1month the buyer filled a chargeback with his credit card provider.I got a email :
Now what can I do to stop the reversal?

As these are digital contents so that I can't provide them any tracking number.

I have also heard that I should ship a CD with the webfiles in it to his address. Can I do this to stop the reversal?

After he have send you the money you should have replied to the receipt with the transfer id process and the files of the website.
In my opinion i think it is possible that you get your money back because canceled the first time his dispute. Paypal should reconsider this.

A credit card chargeback is initiated by the card holder/company. It doesn't matter if a case has been previously opened on the transaction. As far as I know, seller protection is not valid for non-physical items. So you need to make sure your protected (check transaction ID) and then ship him the item with proof. Edit the dates though.
