Yeah make sure your blog has some good unique content on it and a few weeks blog posts.

 

Write good quality unique and error free articles. This is the main requirement for approval of Adsense application. Then wait for 3 to 4 month. Now a days with brand new free hosted blogs have some bad experience. And also read the TOS of adsense carefully before applying.

 

i heard that its hard for people to get approved from India or other asia countries because they tend to create crap blogs and/or sites

 

although from Asian countries, if you can build a blog with unique content, you certainly can.

as far as I know ... your blog has to be 6 months old and has at least 20 unique articles on it
