    there are tonnes of registar's cheap ones from $5 - $10 pr year
    and top level domain name is recommended for SEO purposes

    Nindja - please explain your situation. I did not quite understand.
    Re: best registrar...price is NOT the only factor. Quality of service and other issues are just as important (e.g. do they register ccTLDs? do they charge for transfer? can you reach them by phone?). GoDaddy is good, but is not the only quality registrar out there (NS, Register.com, and EuroDns are more expensive, but do offer more services).
