    Hi all,

I'm searching for business forums and blogs, where I could publish comments with do-follow links. Hope you'll help me figure themm out.

    Thanks in advance.

Just search Google. Here are some examples.
    inurl:forum "Your keyword"
    inurl:blog "Your keyword"

You can also use SEOQuake to notify you which blog produces a dofollow link and which doesn't.

    Hi,

Ensure that the blogs and forums are high PR too. PR doesn’t bear on traffic but I’m convinced receiving high PR links is the best means to move a site up the SERPS.

    Thanks!

Be aware that due to Google's latest Panda updates, a lot of blogs/sites are implementing no-follow links on their sites. If I were you, I'd concentrate on contributing value to a blog, rather than a link. If your comment is good and compelling enough, people will find you come hell or high water.

Usually the dofollow search engines / public lists are already filled with spam. You're better off using footprints in your Google searches and a dofollow / nofollow addon for your browser.
