    You are absolutely correct that nobody can ever guarantee a certain ranking - other than that I'm not sure what the 'point' is? You wrongly assumed that the OP charges for his services and will guarantee a certain ranking. I corrected this assumption by explaining that he will only charge you once a certain ranking is obtained and that is how the service works.
