maybe is error in the system,can you check my ID, my ID is wuzhihui I think others user are first to use DL, haven't downloaded DL files from someone else,they click myfile download link ,but they don't know how to download the file,until i told them wait for 60 seconds to download,they click the link again,they have downloaded the files.

hmm first ive heard of White-Ra :s - russian sites are confusing for none-russians ... but I dont get it they have video's why don't you host for them :S surely more advertising and they save money

also when will the next update be implimented?

 

cool if the ip changes in the next update. maybe stick with 1 ip per 24 hours but make it account specific to reduce abuse.

DL is scam.i asked my friend to help me to finish a test.my friend download my file,but this download not count in,my friend hasn't to use DL,his ID is the first download in today,if you have 10download,maybe you only get 1rate,so, DL is a scam

We don't scam, the only rule which we got is that we only count one download per ip within 24 hours, which also will change soon.

Could you give me some more information about that via pm (like from where do you try to download?)
