Designing vbulletin skins

    Start off with something simple like invisionfree then move up to vb then phpbb.

    I can play about with phpbb but have not had much luck with vbul. I would first like to do a template without coding , any ideas

    What do you mean by making a "mock" in photoshop? Did you make a style then slice it up?

    I've never really looked at any styling tutorials, I've mainly looked through my source then looked in the templates to see whats doing what.

    Something else that's helped me is makin kind of mock up of what I want to show in dreamweaver. So I make the shell in dreamweaver, then add all of the vBulletin guts into it.
