Here's some constructive feedback:

You're wasting a lot of space at the top of the blog. It doesn't look professional and is a turn-off from looking at more of the page.
I would suggest a better font for "Car Parts Review".
The blog is very plain. I think it needs more color and more images to keep it interesting.

i dunno about the traffic..mostly US visitors..so how can I get more traffic?

 

simple way to get more traffic .. add fresh and new content and get more traffic .. its a really very infective

 

I am worry how u run 4-5 Google ads on your blog because Google didn't run more than 3 ads on single page...
I think you need to remove more ads on your blog...
