Buying lottery script (only PHP)

    I want a lottery script to be done. It is fairly simple thing to be done in PHP only. No db required. The only thing is it should have an attractive design. Design is most important. The PHP part is very easy and perhaps not more than 50 lines of code.

    Lol, what's with the 50 limited lines of codes?
    Anyway, Explain the algorithm, how the lottery works. Users come to your site and then explain the entire process.
