some question of VCC verify paypal account

    i have a paypal account which is verify through VCC virtual credit card

    my question is that i want to apply for paypal virtual terminal can i do this on paypal Vcc verify account ?

    2nd question is that i am from pakistan can i use virtual terminal on pakistan IP address?

    paypal vcc can be used for anything but do not use in purchasing digital products. You might be downwd by paypal
