your-keywords.jped - that must be image name... 12009x1233.jpeg wont help add relevant atl image tags... include your keywords within.. make sure the page on which the image is place is also optimised for that keyword.... I heard some one say interlinking within your site to the image.. hmm.. have not tried this.. do not know how it works..

Give alt tag to images, and make new sitemap.xml file only for images "add only images url's" then submit in to webmaster tool.

This might be an obvious statement but don't call the image what the image is. Title the image as one of your main keywords for that page. Google will determine the search engine optimised level of a page based on the usage of a particular keyword SEM Ireland

try to create more backlinks , and be sure that image tag is seo friendly. its take a longtime for google to index the images.
for image optimization you need to create the related title for the images which should be saperated by the - not the blank space... and then you should also put the appropriate alt text.. though it is optional but it could give a sharp edge to your image and search volume for the image could be high.
