Can i appeal if i lost paypal dispute?

    I do not think so. If they had some type of appeal process, then they would have sent you this information
    when you lost the dispute. You normally get an email saying you lost, if there was an appeal dont you
    think it would have been introduced in the email saying you have an appeal?
