    This works if someone is sending you money, you won't be charged for any fee's. If they send 5.00 all 5.00 will end up in your account.
    Steps:
    1. goto www.paypal.com LOL
    2. Login to paypal.com LOL
    3. click on send money
    4.type in the recipients address
    5. type in the amount to send them
    6. UNDER THE AMOUNT SECTION THERE IS A TAB THAT SAYS PERSONAL. CLICK IT!
    When you click it you will see

    This money is being sent as a:GiftLiving expensePayment owedOtherCash Advance
    ===========
    Click payment owed. and send the money, the recipient will receive all of the cash.

    You can do if you want. However, you'll loose the right to dispute any transactions.

    I am using this process when I am sending some money with my friends and relatives or when I am sending payment of 1$-5$ but if your using it constantly or for higher or bigger amount paypal may take notice and limit your account.

    Instead of sending payment as personal or payment owed (lol), why dont you try sending through mass payment. In this way, the sender gets charged only $1 for each transaction and the recipient gets the complete amount. Even if you have to send one single transaction of $200, you can make it by mass payment, where you will be charged just $1 ;)

    You can't send money as a Gift to an Indian PayPal user!

    this is what my client told me when i asked him to send money as a gift to help me save some bucks on the name of PayPal's fee

    Too many restrictions on Indians to be honest with you all ....
