UploadSafe is my personal project I started late 2009. It has gone through two re-codes to end up where it is now. I am offering the full rights to the script. The script is coded in PHP OOP/Procedural code. All code is clean and easy to read.

Features: Uploading + User Management + File Management

The site comes with a basic control panel, I've attached a screenshot below:

All the pages on the control panel are basically the same with different content being pulled.

The site is AJAX enabled, however works without Javascript.

There are 3 Coded Upload Methods (Normal, Flash and Javascript)

The site utilises on-the-fly thumbnail creation (two sizes)

The site is currently being hosted on my server, I will transfer it to yours.

The site receives traffic however I have not promoted it at all.

The site has a facebook and a twitter, both ownerships will be transferred to you.

Size: At least 75000 Meg needed to host UploadSafe, unless the upload directories are cleared.

To prove ownership, after I have submitted this I will place a link on UploadSafe's footer.
