how to sell backlinks on web directories?

    i've read many posts about selling links on your directory's homepage on some websites like http://www.backlinks.com/ and others ..

    my question is, do you gain a good income from such sites ?

    yes you can sell link from your site buy you have to increase some back links and also page rank.

    it's absolutely against Google's rule to buy/sell links.
