US rates are the same, they are implementing new rates for european countries soon, more than 50 cents for every 1000 pageviews, looks promising!

paypopup pays on time though i believe adversal paid better recently but then its been sometime since paypopup is in the business . regarding cpm banners i am also looking for them ..came across TF , cpx interactivate or something but i am still looking for info on these . VCM pop unders .... url please

If you have enough uniques go for TribalFusion, if they reject you, go with ValueClickMedia. I am happy with them. I tried a few CPM's and VCM gets me the best revenue so far. TF probably is better, but i got rejected.
I applied for ValueClick Media before but they rejected my application, it isn't as easy to get into.
you need a high traffic media site with an alexa rank of below 100k. i am currently running another uncapped YM network and averaging around $1.10/cpm with half page popunders. edit: oh yeah and dont bother pm'ing me for more info because when i spread adversal here, well, look what happened. i am still banking off their referral program but look what happened to all the publishers...
