Indeed. The most it will do is raise the awareness of the issue and maybe shine a spotlight on the way Google operates. I'd be very suprised if any article of this nature would have any impact on Google's stock prices.

What happened now Melissa? Has anyone from Google tried to contact you at all? Also, in addition to this, is it true that Google offices are kept secret? That they never tell where their offices are around the world?

Ask them why I have adwords on pages that get 15,000 unique visitors (give or take) and I making a mere pittance. Why are they taking almost every bit of the profit?

Approaching it from that angle no. Those aren't problems. Its the google stirbox(not to be confused with the sandbox mind you). I don't have any of those problems. During the Big Daddy update in 1 hr google got over 2,000 calls from loons wanting to sue them, interview them bad mouth them or just talk about the update.

I'm sorry if this sounds like really rude but, those questions are really pointless and i would guess self motivated, that approach isn't going to work so well either.

As my post is right above yours you'll notice I agree but my comment is off topic. What does the initials in your name stand for? Just curious.

Just to clear something up.. I know for a FACT that when it comes to accusing publishers of click fraud, Google does not always do the right thing.

Noppid wasnt clicking his own ads, I know the man personally and he's smarter then that. I was once kicked out of adsense myself (I got a lucky break and they admitted they made a mistake after a reporter called to ask them about it) I have known others to get kicked out, and they too were highly unlikely to have been committing click fraud.

Yes, there are a good percentage that get kicked out because they are kids and arent mature enough to play the game right. But they arent the only ones getting caught up.

Dont assume Google knows what its doing 100% of the time. My personal belief is that they have something in the order of a quota as to how many people they ban from adsense each quarter, so they can demonstrate how tough they are on click fraud.

I am a google shareholder and despite not really liking google too much as a company I dont think any of these issues such as clickfraud, data pushes, ect will have an impact on the stock, popularity, or revenue. I have conducted a detailed analysis and I know a problem when I see it based on data and other evidence. Yahoo, ebay, microsoft, amazon all have major problems that show NO signs of resolution. Google doesn't.

You have to conduct your analysis form the standpoint of a typical web surfer; not a digital point user.

Your average surfer doesn't care about data pushes, PR updates, the google blog, pages getting dropped, clickfraud, ect. Bad google results to a limited degree actualy benefit google because the visitor is more likely to click a google ad which means more money for google.

Clickfraud not really a big issue. A study was done for bidu advertisers and only .1% complained of clickfraud fraud. But this is a chinese search engine. Maybe the google percentage is higher. I don;t know but most advertisers don;t know when they have been a victim of clickfraud so they dont say anything. Also clickfraud is quite hard to prove since it is impossible to trace all the computers or read the mind of each clicker to determine is he/she had malicious intent when clicking the ad. Also the rate of new advertisers joining adwords far exceeds im guessing the number of advertisers leaving due to clickfraud and poor adwords conversions.
