How to Determine Keyword Conversion Potential !!

it was something related to keywords in serps and the monthly search volume but i cant remember it , i made my own excel sheet to determine the final keywords through keyword research steps using elliance guidelines , one of the final steps was to gather the relevant factors like conversion potential /strategy/legal issue/competition level/traffic potential and site content so far i cant remember how to get the conversion potential and the competition level/traffic potential calculation .

 

Ah, thats a good question - i want to know the same - is any one going to explore his secret?

 

its not a secret i already knew it but it was long time since last time I've used this so i cant remember it . please guys someone tell us how to get these 3 factors.
