This question is usually asked during job applications but I'm not sure what should be the best answer for this: How do you handle stress?
I usually eat more when stress, I do it with a view of my friend, after that I usually share the problem to my friend, so I don't feel alone in the problem.
When i am stressed, i just take a little nap and i'm good. Maybe drink a cup of water and then relax.
lol !!!!, As expected from you, always When I am stressed, I will go out for a long drive or just go to a bar and have couple of drinks Hell, if the stress is on a day like Friday or weekends, then it will be more than couple of them Seriously, dear, it releases me off my stress.
Very badly... maybe that's why i don't get a job... but if you are looking to get a job then here are a few answers that you can give, 1) When i feel stress i do gardening. Working on the garden, watering plants and helping them grow helps me to relive a big part of the stress. Ofcourse the best way to beat the stress is to cure the reason of the stress. Sometimes it is not as easy, for example if you are jobless and that is giving you stress, it is not always in your hands to cure it by getting a good job, but you can always try. 2) I got a taste for classical music, that does help me to get rid of stress a lot. When ever am under stress i play some good music, or else just listen to some. 3) I pray. Being religious and praying to the god helps in getting rid of stress. In the grand scheme of God's planning, you know that you got a good fate somewhere, and what ever is causing you stress will eventually be ok. I can come up with any number of excuse answers when it comes to a job interview... however the real answer is still that - "i handle stress badly!"
Eating full is not possible before going to job interview . just speak to your loved one , this will help you in amazing way
i dont get stressed much but what i do get is depressed,in a job applicant situation just thinking about something that would tend to deviate your attention might help.e.g can be always plan ahead and think about the possible results of what life throws at you.imagine yourself in that situation and get used to.
I used to think I was dealing with it and reality was my hair fell out, I'm balder than most 50 year old men and I'm a mere 23. Pretty funny really. These days I've just come to terms with myself spiritually. So why get stressed, nothings worth it in the long run, nothing.
When it comes to stress I tend to look at the problem and then blow it off as to not let it get the best of me. I'll then come back to it later when I know I have a clear mind and can figure it out without getting worked up. Most of the time I end up forgetting about the issue in general and then I stay stress-free When it is a task that needs to be done...I will just do it as quickly as I can, keep a clear mind throughout the entire thing, listen to music, then sleep.
From my little experience i notice a thing that when you are under stress then attend holy congregations of saints they will really help u..
