[OFFICIAL] FileServe Thread - FAQ & Support - Highest $$$ Payouts

Never knew it was so much of a bad problem for almost everyone, I know i just went on to other forums and there loads of people who are having tons of problems with FileServe. If fileServe staff know about all the problem and don't do anything about it thay risk losing loads of members. I will be fair i have read a few post where people are really happy with FileServe but i have saw more post where people are really un-happy. I will just stick to rapidshare that way i know i will not have to worry about taking 30mins to download a 400meg file when i know rapidshare lets me download the same size file in about 4mins. Its a shame really as i could see FileServe being the next really big host but untill thay fix the meny problems thay will have to put up with losing members.

 

Everything was okay until about 10 days ago.The upload was kinda slow, but everything was fine...RapidLeech upload fast(really fast, I am getting at least 5X faster upload to Fsr from Rapidleech, much slower to MU for example), good payout, fast download speeds...If they would count my downloads, all would be okay, my downloads are good at 1.5MB/s. I wonder if they do that on purpose or some bug system...wish someone from them would say something here...

 

I feel for all you guys, I have not been with them for long and i am already not happy with them, I also like how thay try to get you to pay a Recurring Payment after your 30plus days have run out. I soon stopped that crap, I have no plans of ever joining them again so there's no way in hell i will let them have Recurring Payment every month.

But like i said already i am happy for anyone that is getting what thay payed for and are happy with them.

Thay should start counting the downloads if thay don't thay will lose the people that are still happy with them, I see rapidshare making a big comeback. Not sure about Rapidleech never heard of it. But it still sounds good.

Ps maybe one of there staff will reply? We will just have to hope and pray.

atm the website seems to load faster
but it's always so boring to use their filemanager... you have to spend a lot of time watching the "Please wait while loading..." message

 

I have to agree there web-site is sometimes fast but almost always slow as hell. Its looks like to me that thay never knew thay was going to so meny new members and people will have to wait untill thay update everything? But still theres really no reason for all the slow downloading, Getting FileServe to work with some other well known file managers is hell. stopping the counting of downloads is kind of dumb with all the problems people are having. I still don't know where to find there own manager i can't see any info on there site?

I will only use it untill my 30days runs out then i will try another file-host, I would like to tell people to give FileServe try but people don't bother unless you have had it before and are happy with them. Also don't forget to read the small print and stop the Recurring Payment that thay try to trick you with.

 

omg i hate this fucking page every day more and more.
i look for a 2nd hoster now, i dont time to wait to fix the biggest problem on this shit hoster.

What??? Can.t understand a word you said!. From what i can see your saying that you love FileServe and you want the world too know it. Good for you, We are really happy for you.

But there are people that have problems and are just trying to help the other members out, If you love FileServe you should really not be reading this topic and start posting videos on youtube of how great FileServe is.


Its funny because thay say you have no download limit. Really! I have been with them a few days and i have only downloaded about 1gig. There speed is a joke. There website is almost always down and it hard as hell to download anything. Thay should just make it a pay-as-you-go that was it would not be that pointless to own a FileServe account. I have had faster speed off a dialup service. Its getting even more worst every day.

ich hasse fileserve von tag zu tag mehr.
ich suche nun nen zweiten hoster neben filesonic.

der webupload funktioniert nicht richtig und ftp schon gar nicht.

dazu kommen noch andere probleme die seit langem einfach nicht gelöst werden.

Never tryed filesonic mate but i have heard it a pretty good host, All i know is that fileserve one of the worst host i have ever had and would never have it again, You right about the problems mate, But it even worse when it happening all over the world. Thay really need to fix the problems and quick. I don't really see a point in fileserve staying online when people are starting to leave there host and joining older hosts like RS/MU/ and so on.

I feel really sorry for all the people that have been tricked into there Recurring Payment.

 

My download count started to update yesterday but today it is back to zero! I've noticed the count went backwards on other files also. What gives? I guess it's time to move to another host cause this is unacceptable.

k also nochmal, damit du es auch verstehst.
fileserve ist fürn arsch, jeden tag gibt es neue probleme und nichts wird gefixt.
vor über 4 wochen hatte ricky versprochen die probleme würde man in 3 - 4 wochen lösen und bis heute ist nichts passiert, im gegenteil es ist noch schlimmer geworden.
die webseite ist fast nicht aufrufbar, ich hab deswegen sogar extra ein zweites opera fenster geöffnet mit 12 tabs damit wenn ich was geuploadet 12 files auf einmal suchen kann, damit es nicht zu lange dauert.

files die mit ftp geuploadet werden, werden erst 1 - 2 stunden später auf die server übertragen, und vieles mehr.

so viel spass nun mit dem scheiss hoster wünsch ich euch allen.
wer bei dem scheiss noch seine nerven strapaziert ist selbst schuld, für mich jedenfalls hat das ein ende sobald ich die tage einen anderen hoster gefunden hab.

It's been 2 weeks since my Download Count stopped , but iam able to see my earnings update and statistics !! , Very difficult without Download Count as i dunno how much a file was downloaded and what files needed to be removed

Hope they fix this soon !!

lol, Ya right fileserve is anything but very good. If you think its that great why dont you remove that "http://sever3x.com/" crap and put Fileserve in it place?

I have been with them for almost 5days and in that 5days i have only downloaded just over 1gig, There speed is crap and there site is almost always down. There loads of people that have problems with them. If you paid for fileserve great we hope you enjoy it. But the people in the real world knows better then to join there service.

Ps you only think that you love us? You should love us 100% for telling you the truth.

Luckily I have added alot of mirror links in FS already, some others are still in filesonic.

How can I remote upload to FS from FSO? my FS and FSO accounts are premium both, no matter which way I submit http://username:password@URL or alternative username box, any file doesn't send to my FS.

 

You can keep that crap service known as fileserve, I will not be using that crap service again. Its one of the worst host i have ever seen. Thank god the staff only got about 10-pound off me it will never happen again. Its know about 6days in to my fileserve 30day limit. And i still have not even be-able to down 2gig yet. fileserve is not worth the money. The site is almost always down and like i said many times the speed is so fu?king slow. I fu?king hate fileserve, You can bet i will tell my many friends and they will tell theres. Rapidshare is a million times better then fileserve.

 

I have been working with multiple hostings, and I need to say that the situation when a hosting becomes popular, grows rapidly and then has to make serious technical upgrade is a common one. During this upgrade there are lots of bugs, however later everything gets stable. How do people not realize that? First you like a hosting, something goes wrong, you start to hate it. People are so people...

1) 3-4-5 months of bug
2) stats not work from 3 months
3) this thread is for support too...but now ...when there is problem support go away (lol)
4) noone say nothing in fileserve about but or time to fix this...

yeah you know here is the same the files that I have uploaded since the 7th of march actually have 0 downloads which is just an IMPOSSIBLE thing because they have already generated thousands of dls on the other hosts (and people like fileserve anyway so I think they actually use the fileserve mirrors...)
