Please review my two websites

Hello,

I usually create site with simple and neat design. Not too many bell and whistles.
They are must be valid xhtml/css and rss also.

Here are two of sites designed:
vps hosting - boxintense.com
kiev apartment - kiev4rent.com

I'm very glad if you could review or give suggestion to both of them.

They both look great, some off the link are not currently working on the first site but you are probably aware of this, for some reason the second site took a little longer to load but the image quality and everything else looks great I wouldn't really change anything

 

Both the websites are lookign good but you should use better header and logo for both of them otherwise its cool

the apartment4rent site looks great, I would work towards making all links work, the site is a+,

 

absolutely love the apartments in kiev site, but if they're paying you x to have their apartments listed, then you should get rid of the google adsense ad at the bottom or at least figure a way to make it less ugly and the visa etc logo looks like it has just been thrown in there.

your hosting site looks great too, but I really like the orange background pattern you've got going there, looks real nice

Hi, thanks for your honest comments. I just realized that there is a page text merge with bground.

 

if you are trying to sell your apartment website to realtors you might want to think about making it more professional

 

vps is good

Kiev should be more like the vps website, you really should not have to scroll down to read the rest. it should be a search engine on front page - clean, simple, engaging. You could add a blog behind with good articles on property in Kiev to attract traffic.

Thanks for your honest review. I agree Kiev needs more enhancement though.

 

boxintense is quite good.
kiev4rent: too simple and the color is not really attractive. The content should be well-considered. Don't put a very long paragraph. It's tiring to read it.
