Yahoo not Indexing my web Site

    hi
    i have my website indexed in google very well but yahoo in not indexing can someone explain why
    i have submitted sitemap on both search engines(both sitemaps are according to search engines requirements)
    take a look at google and yahoo's indexing

    Are you building backlinks to your site? If so then the yahoo search engine will eventually follow these and crawl your site. In my experience it has always taken a fair bit longer for new sites I have worked with to be picked up by Yahoo in comparison with Google, which seems to crawl and rank new sits unbelievably efficeintly.

    This is normal, just because yahoo index page are slow, not as soon as google

    Wait a few days then your site will add on yahoo. Don't worry it will take some days. Its automatically add on yahoo.

    Yahoo is not Search Engine, its a Directory. So it cannot be guranteed about listing time. But Yahoo does the listing. After all, everything are not DMOZ. :D

    That's right, google take round 1 hour to index but yahoo may take 1 month to do it. So I dont care yahoo really :D

    If you Submit your site then Yahoo will take 1 to 3 months to index your site, it increases traffic immensely.

    Yahoo is slow , I also find that sites under 1 year old also index quite slowly with yahoo , but sites over a year old generally do well.
