Okey thanks!!!!!!!! but today no sales even i work like a posting freak

 

My question is this (witch is a normal one regarding the process of fs in the last month: When the next maintenance and upgrade will happen, after 1 week because in the last time only problems and maintenance with Filesonic...
How can I have sales if a users try to download a file and in 80% of the cases is getting an error an in the last 20% has a very low download speed...
The thing is that a week ago or so... you guys didn't had servers and a lot of work was in vain then... now this network upgrade or so and of course like a normal person my question is: In the next week what problem will rise?

 

We are working extremely hard to make sure that we have none next week, and hopefully none next year either.

Why is this FTP disconnecting all the time after each uploads, please fix it.

That is very good to hear and I hope that really happens

 

Mate I'm using dedicated server & i can't see any problem there all files are 100% uploaded again & again.

Yeap that guy with the FTP is right... Is kinda disconnecting very quick... I am using cuteftp and I get this error that is giving only if I let the program without posting anything a long time but now it gives me an error immediately. So I think the ftp should have at least 1 minute before disconnecting the users that are not uploading any files...

 

I just got a premium account 3 days ago and now im getting Unexpected error during process Authentication: - No user found with such email.
I emailed filesonic help desk yesterday and have never got an answer.
