One of the lists that I am subsricbed too offered a ATV delivered anywhere in the world if you signed up through his affilate link.

I cant imagine all the 14 year olds with million dollars dreams pulling out mommys credit card and signing up without reading the whole package.

Let me define what I mean by semi-scam.

I think that they will deliver the training that they promise.
How much is training worth? People pay a lot more for training
at MIT versus ASU, and learn the same stuff.
So, since their customers are making the choice without coersion
I can't make the argument that they are theives.

However, the advertising seems to me artificially inflated. Can
a wedding novelties company be as big as they are reporting,
no matter what Google rates them? Are the Yahoo stats true
    or faked?
Even the heat-maps could easily be faked with photoshop and
a half an hour of experimenting.

    best regards
    wiz

What is certain is that not every product idea can make a
    business.

I have paid for 3 weddings in the last 4 years, very nice weddings,
and we didn't have any wedding novelties in sight.

I guess I'm lucky that my womenfolk aren't novelty entranced.

    Thanks for the correction,
    wiz

Wedding favours are trinkets you give to the guests.
The girls spent all my money on incredible French
    pastries :)

They had over 400,000 thousand people watch the videos and only about 400 people jopined the program. How many people do you think are going to drop out after a month or two of $800.00 payments. Sounds like a disasterous marketing failure to me. Where did you get the 12,000 figure of websites?

Wow, i've been getting those e-mails, but never knew they were trying to charge 800.00 a month for that crap. Hell, one month of that would pay for a full year of using my software (and it's a real product lol)

Couldn't help checking the keyword phrases in WordTracker:
    "money clips": 275-355
    "chatroom monitoring software": 0
    "exclusive resort wedding": 0
    "cheesecake delivery": 2
    "crib teething rail": 4-5

    LOL....

Did anyone notice in Video1 where they login to Yahoo store? One of the stores are "Motoleather.com" which is also their casestudy #1 (http://www.convertlinks.com/cs/1/michaelgelblicht.php)

    Seems a little bit odd...

Almost $4 million in sales. Not bad for a few weeks of marketing.
And proof again that if they could make $10M a year web
sites they are wasting their time with a paltry $4M on-off
    project.

But then, as they say, they are the good guys.

It would be worth 800$ a month ONLY IF!! you made a ROI on that. Example, if you have a site that has a great conversion rate and makes can make more than 800 bux a month, then consider thinking about trying it, but if your web site makes 20$ per year just never mind.

I know both Brad and Andy from conventions and own a copy of there Stomper CDs from a couple years ago. Even though I'm sure I know well over half of what this Stompernet is offering I still considered joining just for the networking potential. I've said for years the biggest benefit you get from going to these SEO/Webmaster conventions is not the knowledge gained but the reltionships created. This Stompernet has some potential in that regard.

I decided not to join at this time for a number of reason and none of them related to a lack of trust for Brad and Andy. I'm sure they would without hesitation honor the money back guarantee if you were not happy with the program. I also want to clearly state that Brad and Andy both have websites that rank well for money terms and make a LOT of money. I can't say that I know for sure that the numbers they posted are exactly correct but I am positive that the numbers are at least close to what they are making. These guys are very rich and have done it making money off websites, not SEO sales pitches.

Are they the greatest SEOs ever? Nope, not even close. But they are two guys that have made a literal fortune off real ecommerce websites, not just SEO blogs. And they have in my exerience been very willing to share their methods. The Stompernet is not for everyone and is very expensive. But I'm sure that some people would increase their profits more than the cost if they joined. These guys are good salesmen, but that doesn't mean the product they are selling has no value.

And yes, wedding favors online is a pretty big market. It does several million dollars a month in sales.

    The reason

Well there is one born every minute.

I think you've hit the nail on the head. Either that, or they have a number of high-PR sites for each theme, and they serve backlinks from those sites to the member sites to help boost their rankings for those keywords. It's nothing we couldn't do ourselves, but they've already got the infrastructure in place.

If the DP Co-Op ever goes the themed route, you'll basically have the same thing.

People people...there are Stompernet torrents all over the place. The BLUE discs have been floating around for a couple weeks and the RED discs JUST popped up. I am currently in cue for the blue and red...it will probably take me awhile to get it...couple weeks I think since there is a bit of a seed problem right now.

Regardless there is no reason to WASTE $800 before you actually know if its good or not.

Not to mention I've been hearing multiple place that Stompernet is just an advanced form of linkfarming...

Anyway if any one knows of any good trackers that actually has seeds please PM.

    Thanks.

I also think that it is not affordable for the majority of people. It’s too expensive.
