Yes its an auction in the sense that the best offer gets the domain.

Please list the cash offer and how many directories (name of directory) and how many links per directory. With my sites they are very local so the PR is not that important I'm already getting great SERPs without much effort. Most of the sites involve car insurance and real estate.

How much cash? Obviously the more cash the better but as I mentioned be creative.

On all three it will be a sitewide link, not sure how many pages have PR (and how much) hence guaranteeing the homepage PR link.
