I will tell you this... They won't give you any promotion if you just be polite and say that you appreciate so much the fs when they have problems... Maybe you're doing 1$ per day and you're not quite affected by the downfall of the website but I am...
Again please don't call me a kid because I spoked my opinion and you sir your are not polite because you can spoke your opinion like kissing the filesonig and loving this website anytime but don't involve my person in the discussion.

this company always compensated anything happened anytime what is wrong with people complaining... wha? go to the fresh air for that few minutes or hours of your life when you cannot actually "work" that is so fun

 

stats are back to looking normal for me, site seems to be working better. upload speeds are really, really slow, but it looks like they are close to getting back to 100%

 

Now they have fixed the problems. And looks like i didnt loose any downloads.

on a side note, what do you guys recommend for top sales?
400mb limit, or 1gb limit?

i am baffled. looking forward to your thoughts bout opening limit to 1gb, im now on 400mb, do u think i should change?

Well surely if you are on sales 400 mb limit, I really can't spoke by experience because I easily make 3-9 sales per day with files smaller than 400mb... But I think that 400mb limit is more useful...

 

all is still not well with the uploading however

 

Now there is no choice & you must use 1 GB limit as all downloaders know in filesonic there is an option to switch between 400 MB & 1 GB, so users will ask you to extend to 1 GB so that free users too will be able to download big files. Also now there is no excuse to say no to them, so its better you initiate first.

Even if you are on 1 GB premium buyers will always be there as downloading 1 GB range file with free account with no resume support requires very high speed reliable & stable connection also filesonic free speed is not good for that purpose, also people having such great speed internet connection will surely go for a premium to get maximum out of their connection.

 

New FTP system is disconnecting user after each upload which is wasting lots of bandwidth & time as it take some 5 min+ time to reconnect for next file uploads.

Yeah since I am on pps if I have files over 400mb I post them as one link so only premium can download. I have had complaints about it but the reality is that those free downloaders don't do pps people any good. I also did notice a sales increase as well by doing that. For me spending a few dollars to instantly download stuff is no big deal but there are some people out there that are just determined not to spend anything which I cannot understand.

 

i decided to give 1gb limit a shot for a day or 2..i will report my results here.

 

Avast is blocking filesonic from today. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
