Looks good, but you should avoid that much shadow (it makes it blurry) And maybe try different font.

For logos, avoid using shadows and especially BEVELS! If you think of logos, nearly any logo, they use flat blocks of colour. You dont generally see stupid bevels and blury shadows around it. It would look much nicer without the unnecessary effects. Less is generally more.

It looks like a collection of images and clip art arranged around the typeface.

 

I like it, I will agree that you need to remove the shadow it will look even better than now.

 

Its perfect for the theme you selected. All colors used is great.
