Rules Advertising image hosting sites in Cheap Stuff section?

    So is it allowed to advertise image hosting sites in Cheap Stuff section? Some times ago it wasn't allowed, I am sure about this as a lot of threads where deleted.

    As I remember, due to a lot of users advertised proxies, image hosting sites as free services in the Cheap Stuff forum, moderators considered (I believe with your perdition) these kind of threads as spams.
