I think the descriptions of some forums need rewritten as I received an infraction for posting....not exactly a contest, but asking for a design for payment and I believe I posted in the Graphics & Multimedia section which reads "For anything related to graphics, video, sound, etc.". So I'm almost afraid to post it again elsewhere lol
There's a section in the buy/sell/trade for contests, however I don't think you'll be able to post there yet as you have not met the minimum requirement to post there. This section is for discussion on these topics only, as you will see there is a sticky thread in this category telling you that this is not the place for sales threads
But like me, you cant create a request for work to be done before your user account is 14 days old, or you have 25 posts. So better get posting or no worky!
