How 5 adsense ads per page?

    Mostly adsense ads can be placed only 3 times in a page, but this site (reporttemplate.org) has 5 ads in a a page. How is it possible?

    There are 3 ad units and 2 link units in that page, nothing wrong with that! 3 Ad units + 3 Links units + 2 Search Boxes are allowed in a single page.

    I think premium publishers are allowed to place more than 3 units. there are 4 ad units on ezine articles.
