paypal now included my country too ... but the funny is account cant receive payment also cant withdraw fund .... that stupid

OK I just noticed this too. Croatia is indeed now supported, but as it seems only partially. We cannot withdraw funds. We can only send, if we have a credit card to fund our account with it.

Translation: it's near-worthless. I have a question though which if it has a positive answer may make it worth at least something. Can I receive payments to PayPal and use them for purchases, even if I can't withdraw? According to another poster above seems I can't, but I'd like to be sure.

If the answer is negative, well thanks PayPal for nothing and let us know when you'll finally embrace us as the full part of the international digital business community which we rightfully belong to!

 

If you can't withdraw funds, how do you get your money? Maybe you can't withdraw via bank, but they'll probably draft a check out to your house.

 

Well when I click on the "withdraw" link they tell me that the withdrawing is not supported in this country not mentioning anything about sending checks.

I wouldn't mind a check at all and it would be awesome if they allowed that. Right now I am not entirely sure I can do any of the following (if anyone knows, I'd appreciate your response):

1) Receive money from other PayPal users
2) Spend that money on PayPal accepting stores and sending it to other PayPal users
3) Withdrawing at least by a check

I can live with it if the 3 isn't possible but 1 and 2 are. That would still be a pretty big progress compared to no support at all as it was before. But if I can't receive at all it's useless. Then I suppose they merely expect me to fund it myself and buy, without being able to externally receive anything.
