    There is a security deficiency in paypal,
    I have an online store and sell digital products but for digital products paypal doesnt make seller protection , so the people stealing other people's account can easily shop from me and then I have problem with the real account owner.
    So before shopping paypal must send sms code to the mobile phones registered, then even if the thief people hack someone's account they cant get this sms to shop.
    And in that way both seller and account owners will be in security.
