file stats don't work? stats it's not usefull (to control if download is counted too)...simply...
ftp is slow...not a problem...

we talking about some problem that in 3-4-5 months fileserver has no solve and the problem now is bigger then in the past...

sorry I'm french so ignorant.. just a little question:

Do someone have any little idea about time we have to wait to have a "fully working" fileserve? 1 week, 1 month or more?

At the beginning, news were updated regulary on dashboard, saying "there is a pb"... now the only news when have is HERE!!!!!!!!!! quite strange! not good for us & of course for the reputation of fileserve!!! think about it!

1) there is a 4+ days in stats delayed...yes stats count in each files...this stats are the must important becouse whit it we can have much info and control if fileserve cheats !!! (do you have a cheat system?????? or you work without it?)
2) filemanager speed sucks (its simply the realty) you have a record in the web !!! the page that can take 5 min too carge
3) yes
4) ftp works at 600kb (other host go at 10 or 100X!!!) sometimes if i upload a directory in filemanager i can see 2-3-10 directory with the same name (then go to work with filemanager for an half hour to have a good link)

sorry but if we must wait 48 months for have a good system we can go to another host now !!!!

@happyhappy 600kb upload speed? wow thats good m8, i have 12AM - 9PM a speed about 150 - 400kb each file.
at night its a little bit better like 700kb - 800kb

i upload sine 1 month to filesonic too, and i have there a FTP speed about 40MB/s and a webspeed around 100MB/s with 20 files!

btw: ricky, 4 weeks are over i think -.-

 

my user is hai6060 , i does payout but i didn't gived the moeny, the status is transffered...

i waiting for answer, i did the trasnfer before a few days..

 

So there we have our answers, Stats will be fixed after 48 months!

They are still perfecting their Shaving Program and until then our stats will continue to be delayed.

The way I read RickyFS' response, it's like saying TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!

For the meantime they will not fix this problem because that would mean more money for the uploaders and less money for Fileserve if you know what I mean.

Time to move on... I still got 5 months left in my premium, but I will only use it to RU to other hosts...

I will stop posting Fileserve links as I believe my downloads are being SHAVED.

he said in 48 months it will be perfect, he almost promised here fileserve will be online for 4 years, that makes me happy yes, i'm making 20$/day with almost doing nothing, 365*4*20$ = 29200$ when i keep doing nothing......
he not a programmer so i guess he didn't get a time line from them yet, fileserve doesn't need to be perfect so this 48 months says nothing, on the other site i have no big problems i miss the download count but i can live without it....

there are also no good alternatives (m)oron sucks even so they have to buy pornforums so their crappy gay leeching users have a place to post their spam, vilesonic can't count 2$ + 2$ = 3$ or in my case 20$ = 9,53$.

 

@M0gggy: What you call this (M)oron filehost gives me at least $200 a week while Fileserve less than $100. I am also using vilesonic as what you call it and another host and if you compare the earnings, FROZEN(File)SERVE is on the bottom.

Hello, I am new to the community.

I would like to share my thoughts about FileServe with you. As I am not english native speaker please forgive me for my bad english.

I was among the first users that knew about FileServe when it was created liked it very much and started uploading to this hoster only as I found everything about it OK (filemanager, rewards, support etc) EVERYTHING LOOKED PERFECT.

Day by day my opinion changed about this company and I explain why.

1. Several times I received private messages, in the forums I post my uploaded material, from users complaining that many of my uploaded links are shown to be working perfectly but when the user ties to download it, he gets an error message again and again. I sent e-mail to support departmen and the reply was just that due to maintenance or system upgrade some of he files I had given them to check were dead and I had to reupload the stuff. The bad thing was that only one of the 20 or 30 or 40 link for example of a movieDVD was dead and as I did not have copy of that spesific part file all the links were useless. I had to re-upload the whole set of links from the beginning. Just image how difficult makes his life for an uploader that share many many gigabyte of stuff in forums worldwide. With rapidshare I had never met file loss dur to maintenance or upgrade etc.

2. In the beginning FileServe had excellent support to the customers. You send an email and after 1 hour max the reply e-mail was in your mail-box. No you get reply emails after 2-3 days. Sometimes happened to me to never receive reply e-mail back. It this normal for a rapidly growing company with a lot of income from the premium memberships not to have the appropriate number of stuff for technical support to the customers?

3. After Christmas, without to know the reason FileServe site started to become slower and slower day by day. Now in my country (Greece) I can not enter fileserve at all using firefox, and using explorer or chrome the site loads terribly slow. You click a button and the page loads after a minute.

4. About rewards: Apart from the download statistics update delay FileServe used a trick to reduce uploaders rewards. Look what this is:

When FileServe started the company online FileServe premium downloads counted in the statistics and the count was 1 count per file per IP per day. If a premium user download 100 files of yours in a day you got 100 counts. After FileServe grows up day by day, the company being sneaky silently changed the rules without email notifications etc to the last one which if you read the text above you will find that no download from premium users counts in the statistics for the uploader to get reward. If a premium user download more than one fileserve links (2,3,4 10,50. 100 etc) only one download counts in the statics and gets rewards. Very good trick to reduce rewards to uploaders. And as more and more people have premium Fileserve accounts now, less less the rewards money of the uploaders will be even thoungh the number of downloads may be higher.CONGRATULATIONS GUYS.

4. Finally the prices for the FileServe company I think are very expensive plus there is no option for life time memberships for some uploaders who would like to store their uploads forver in a safe place. In my country 2 years of premium FileServe account costs 99 euro whereas Life time FileSonic premium accounts costs 150 USD about 120 euro.

Keep on this attitude guys towards your customers and very soon you will see all of your them leave you to take their trip with FileSonic. Keep on and you will remember me very very soon.

1. I post in forums NEVER EVER have I gotten problems, I have more than 12 000 files on my account and the MAX. of deletions I've had is 20

2. Never had problems so I can't talk about that

3. It had it's moments but I can acces is from IE9 Safari the whole chebang, maybe you should change ISP in Grecce buddy

4. Like they said who knows that Fserve will still excist in 3 years? That's being smart and realistic

5. This thread has become nothing but b!tching about this and that if you don't like Fserve RU it to Fsonic can"t do that download your sh!t and upload it to Fsonic again. Jesus bunch of kids. You see it everytime. New registration 1 post count and starting screaming about this and that.

I will say only one this about your comments and nothing more as I do not know you personally and want no conflict with you.

Tell me sth. Does FileServe gives you money or gifts to be it's lawyer? Do you work for the company?

You should be ashamed to be with a company who cheats users and not with the users worldwide. No more conversation with cheating company FileServe's stuff.

By the way you said nothing about cheating points from uploaders as FileSERVE silently without notification changed the terms and gives no rewards when a premium user downloads a fileserve link.

u can only got ONE point from a premium users in ONE day

in the beginning sure u got lots of points coz no one had premium then

now most of them had one

my files are okay I think

my only problem is when DOWNLOADING

as a premium, I tend to queue mass amount of files, the weird thing is, let's say there are 40 links, lately there must be ONE or TWO file that CAN'T be downloaded

it's not deleted, it's just won't start, u think this is trivial? IT IS NOT

coz I download parted files, downloading 38 parts means shit if there are missing files

Lately I NEVER succeed in downloading parted files from fileserve, only single files worked

this is frustating
