Do not panic, there are no reasons for that. I have recently joined them (though I have been working with several hostings), and I can not say that fileserve is the worst. Each company has its problems and issues, especially you need to understand how long it takes to upgrade the technical base.

lol, this is just a really stupid remark, like anybody changing their filehost can just make the same money right in the beginning, next thing you will say is that when you start using hotfile the first 3 days you made like 30$

OMG some people are so annoying statistics are not lagging have never been lagging. you so full of crap taking a host offline for 7 days, you could then as well just stop no real uploader is going to accept their files being offline for a week.
Again the filemanagers download count are no stats they are just a number that counts the amount of times the files have been accessed and say nothing about the real download counts.

Great. Bad enough there are problems with the service, and support doesn't seem to know what's fixed and what's not, but now... the one place we can go to get (at least some) answers is being overrun by assholes. Besides the shit-stirrer above me, I just got a direct message from someone trying to spamming me to use a referral link to another service.

no, you don't understand this download count stuff will be maybe fixed after the maintenance, but instead of waiting like everybody else you nag nag nag nag every single day, every hour, you are so f'ing arrogant in this absolutely irritating constant nagging its so annoying......

Well if making money is ridiculous, then i'm happy to be more ridiculous.
I doubt i say every day "i get the money" doesn't look like something i would type, since in fileserve earnings i'm only below average.
Its done when its done, if you just upload and post you would know what files do good or not, if you find the filemanager to slow then don't reload so often.
don't know what you mean by bugfix.
