I appreciate the comments but can you direct me to a site you know that offers images as wallpaper?

    And when you do:

#1. I can configure my images in Photoshop. NOT a problem. But WHAT DIMENSIONS? And in JPEG or GIF format?
#2. And if you have done it yourself, share your link(s) of samples.
Comments on how my work looks, appears etc. are appreciated. I need to know HOW to PRESENT existing work I have and need shared experiences with others who've offered work.

    Thanks ----

There are a few websites that supply twitter backgrounds as wallpaper, google will give you a few examples (like twitpaper .com). Wordpress will do as a script to showcase and provide download links, or 4images maybe (free in cpanel/fantastico) or any cms that shows pics. Jpg format would be best, gif doesn't have the color palet range although png would be acceptable most of the time. Size wise I'd say 1024x768 absolute minimum, 1920x1080 would be more standard but up to 2560 width would be OK.

A twitter background site would allow you to be more creative than a standard desktop wallpaper site, you could even offer a customising service for bespoke backgrounds. And of course, you'd probably need to have a twitter account as well as a website, but it could work.
