Contest $15 Banner Contest

    I need an animated banner which should be 654px wide and up to 100px for the height. Your design can be less than 100px for the height but the width MUST BE 654px.

    The colour of you design must be red and have a lotto and money theme.

    The text on the banner should be:

    Boost Your Lotto Wins!

    Match 1 Number – Win Up To £10!
    Match 2 Numbers - Win Up To £80!
    Match 3 Numbers – Win Up to £1,800!

    Could also do with some sort of button on the design that says something like "more details".

    I will pay the winner by Paypal.

    Very good! UK money though would be better than US dollars if possible.
