hi, i am new in adsence! i think to make blog does it depend how much old is ur blog! many telling wait 3 months then try for adsence??
To get the permission of adsense your blog require a minimum quality with fresh content and age should to be more than a month. But some gets Adsense permits within 2 weeks too. Actually It varies from blog to blog according to the quality and authentication of the applicant.

Well you don't need to justify your blogs quality. Google will automatically verify it. Submit your application and wait until the response comes from Google. Till then continue your blogging with necessary updates and link building.
is it necessary that blog should be talking about one topic like insurance or we can talk about as many as topic?
i think is not about the age, because google already approved my blog for adsense that only one month old. But at first google reject me, but then I submit again in the same day when google reject my blog. Just wait for two days, suddenly approve my application. FYI the first application need more than one week to get email confirmation from google and it is rejected. see mine : h**p://webgreenhealthy.com Your blog is already very good for the content maybe about you only need to get some traffic first before you submit you adsense application.
Age just like other elements, contents, backlinks, countries you from, Google will varify your website and give a comprehensive check. So if you think you're ready, just apply. Even if get rejected it's ok, make it better and apply again. There are lots of people who got rejected at the first time.
