    Its PR4 website, it makes on average $300 a month.
    It gets around 40 to 50 visitors per-day
    Traffic comes from PPC, search engines, forums and etc.

    $3-4K+ with enough right marketing, CPC incorporated into the site, this can be a gold mine, especially for webmasters. This is one of those sites that can get 24X monthly revenue. Especially with all the junk sites out there these days. You will have no problem getting the $3600 if all your stats etc are in order. Don't let others tell you it is worth less, usually those who want to devalue the site to pick it up for cheap (+ there are a few troll haters here at DP sometimes).

    I believe he stated profit is $300 per month. Usually webmasters state that as their net profit, but he may have not.
    OP should definately place CPC Adsense etc for additional revenue.

    to value the site better and make an offer, i'd need to know what % of your traffic is PPC, how much you spend for PPC ads, and any other expenses... and if the $300/month is revenue or net profit...

    and i'm curious why do people want to pay to receive promotional emails? i don't get it

    It really depends on how much you are spending for ppc. You did not clarify whether or not 300 per month is profit or revenue.

    i was under the impression revenue = sales .. all money coming in... as opposed to Net Income which is profit.. that is the money left in his 'hand' after taking out all costs.
