Important Update from Paypal for PayPal India Users : Change in User Agreement

I cant ignore as many Big Companies stop paying via PP. My main client clearly said they cant make Pay via PP, now they are paying on Bank and with 10% TDS cut.

So, its somehow good for me, No Fee Cut, Advance ITR Pay.

I can always pay via PP with my CC, I dun know about the charges.

Only problem is I have to keep withdrawing money within 7 days and I dont know what will happen if I keep money for over 7 days. Its not done yet but I am sure PP gonna apply it soon.

 

few things have definetly changed.....like the mass payment button is gone from the send money tab(but still available in the bottom of the page lol) untill few days back, we were getting that notification of change of agreements EACH TIME we use to login into paypal a/c,that thing is also gone...so did they decided to drop the idea seeing the "Tunami of Complaints" regarding their new implementation?

is the rule only for mass payments in paypal or for all payments sent via paypal

 

You can go to Paypal-donations.com and donate to the victims in Japan. It's secure site run by Paypal Inc.

Hey, how do I pay using my CC in PayPal. Just can't seem to find the option. I really need to pay several people now and I am going crazy. Earlier there was this option of choosing alternative payment methods while finalizing payments... now it seems to be gone.

yes....they haven't implemented the rule yet....so feel free to pay for hosting and domains, clear all your dues...before they actually implement it

I was wanting to avoid hassles and wished to pay through Credit Card, but there seems to be no option to do that as yet! I hope they don't reverse all the payments made via PayPal balance

 

I dont think they will reverse any payment just because you used your balance to pay, because its their fault to NOT implement the rule, its not yours.

 

this time may be its good for you if they reverse those payments

 

Guys, I have heard from various guys / clients who outsource a lot and have sites ranking at the top for mid $xxx per day keywords that some leaders have been demanding about $100 million from paypal. A month back I heard the figure was 50 - 60 million. This is shocking, and explains why all this happened. It clearly reveals the ugly face of the government.
