Help Please (Only From U.S)

    Hello everybody,

    I want help from U.S citizen that he would the open the U.S paypal account with verified with my U.S bank account and when the U.S paypal account limited then would submit the documents then the account unlimited then he would free.

    If you have a US bank account why can't you open the US paypal account? If it is an issue with your location then use a VPN service. I would find it hard to believe that anyone will do this for you and risk getting in trouble with PayPal and even harder to believe that you would ask anyone to do such a thing...
