Looks very functional. One suggestion: the bottom frame with the various office locations is cluttered. I would suggest looking into categorizing the locations more efficiently - maybe a click-able map, or more simply alphabetical columns without "Office Furniture." Great work!

Your site is perfect with respect to SEO. It has a nice looks. But I don't feel it attractive. So try to make it little attractive so people can stay in your site.

 

The site is fine & SEO friendly, XHTML validated. But looks like little bit spammed when I checked footer. Try to make it colorful.

Overall site looks fine except for:

1. colors: it would be good if you can add few colors in your site matching the theme.
2. logo placement: logo should be properly aligned to the left-side, as currently there is a lot of white space around logo which isn't looking good.

It's not spammed, my dear. We're showing different serving areas. And as there were too many so I put it in footer instead if top or left navigation. BTW, thanks for the suggestion.

Maybe you would have been better with white background instead of light gray

I like your site. I think you've built it very smartly!

What I like:
** Looks like your keywording is done well.
** The copy reads very well & answers questions about what you do & why someone should use you.
** Contact form is right there in side bar -- I might try this, GREAT idea!!!
** The links in the bottom are a bit much, but they don't bother me. I'd do the same thing for SEO. At least they look alphabetized.

Minor things I would address:
** Your logo could be crisper. The word "American" in particular looks a bit fuzzy.
** In the right-side box, where you have "Sale-Service-Delivery," I got stuck on the word "Sale." I wondered if it should be "Sales"?

Yes the word sale should be sales. Why don't you think about a .COM domain. It would be nice to have a .com domain for a professional feel.

 

Looks nice but I thought now a days the footer thing with lots of links doesn't work well for SEO?
