    Up for grabs is a beautiful webmaster article and resource directory. The site has adsense built into content and is not being monitized so assume no rev though i'm sure it is making some sort of rev.

    Features:
    - I am selling the complete domain, website and hosting
    - Domain is 15 months old generic tld and premium.
    - Hand written script. It works quite good. If you want to make any development on the website, I can direct you to the person who coded the site.
    - Mostly unique many articles and many more waiting. 256 aproved, 339 waiting with 499+ members.
    - Member management, article and resource management, advertisement management and mass mailing options on control panel.

    Note: The webmaster tools (3 tools) on the site need updated. I can direct the buyer to the person who coded the tools, his rate is only $10/hr!

    Currently the site only receives 1-2k uniques a month as its been sitting on the back-burner. With new admin approving the 339+ pending articles the site will surely improve on many levels and with all articles and resources approved the site should have no problem making $50-100+/mo via adsense imo.

    I will also include free server transfer with sale...
