How do I get adsense on with Blogger.com

    I have a site concentrating on Adsense but I have read so much here about blogging with adsense I thought I misewell try it so I created a blog with blogger.com but I see nowhere to add your adsense ID or w.e to verify your adsense simply shows a format and how to show...
    I am in - change settings > template > adsense....can someone tell me how to get my ads on there please...
