Same host for dedicated servers result in different C class IPs?

I'm currently with a host for my dedicated server and I'm pleased with the overall service. I need to move my second site from a VPS to a dedicated server. If I have a new box (server) set up at this host, will it have a separate c-class IP address? There is some minor linking between the sites and want to keep them separate in Google's eyes.

    Thanks.

Almost all host have the same class c ip, but you should check with the host to make sure.

Go here: http://ws.arin.net/cgi-bin/whois.pl and enter your server's ip and then look at the "NetRange" row. I don't know if that range is necessasrily available to your host, but it should give you an idea.
