Its really nice. The only thing I would suggest is get rid of the ads. Also try making the logo and name a little smaller. I like the matching pin colors. Looking very good, not much to critique, good luck.
I like the layout, but I don't like the huge block of ads at the top. The color scheme isn't the best, but that's a matter of personal preference. 7/10.

yeah I will do this later but right now i need money so thats i put ads in that place where i can get maximum clicks.
I thought the ads were in a good spot. In order to get paid from them, you will need a privacy policy in place. Its mandatory for Google Ad sense. Also make sure the url is enabled in Ad sense. You can display ads but if not configured right, you will not make a dime. Maybe I missed it. Other than that, good luck with it.
